What is the turnaround time for product delivery?
Our turnaround time is 4 days in the lab. It will take you about 7-8 days from delivery to receipt. A digital/STL file work can be delivered faster in less than a week. However more complex cases with multiple units may require an additional day or 2. If you have a specific urgent cases, please inform us, we will do our best to arrange them and send back to you as soon as possible.

How can I ship the impressions / models?
You can send your cases/impressions/models through UPS、DHL or FedEx service. We can send you labels if you need.

Do you accept 3D intraoral scan files?
Yes. We can accept any 3D intraoral scan in STL file format!

How to pay the shipping costs?
An itemized invoice is released via email once the completed cases have been sent to you from our lab. A monthly statement containing each invoice number and charge. Full payment is required within one week of statement day. A monthly statement will be issued on or before the 5th day of each month.
We accept payment through bank transfer and Paypal.
